Returns are free for orders shipped within the U.S. We include a UPS return label in every package which is at no cost to use.
Follow the steps below for a seamless returns process:
- - Please indicate a reason for return using one of the Return Codes listed on the order form included in your package.
- - Attach your UPS return label to the outside of the package. There is no cost to use this label.
- - Please make note of your tracking number so that you are able to track it on its way back to us.
You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 06 - 12 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.

We provide Retail licenses for Windows and Office products, Bind licenses specifically for Office products, and one-year licenses for Antivirus software and Microsoft 365 subscriptions.
Retail licenses are valid for use on only one device. If the software is removed or the device is formatted, a new license will be needed. In contrast, Bind licenses are linked to your Microsoft account, enabling you to download and activate Office multiple times on a single device.
Our lower prices are due to our ability to buy in bulk at wholesale rates and our established partnerships with various suppliers.
Yes, all our licenses are genuine, and our software is downloaded through official Microsoft download links.
Licenses are sent to you via email immediately after purchase. The email will include your activation license and a download link.

Yes, you can request a fiscal invoice with VAT details by contacting us directly.
We do not provide physical CDs or USBs. Our products come with an activation license and a download link only.
Licenses do not have an expiration date. However, Retail licenses cannot be reused once the software is uninstalled or the device is formatted. Antivirus and Microsoft 365 subscriptions are valid for one year.
Our licenses are not applicable for tablets or mobile phones.
